30 Day Policy
Products ordered from ShelbyTactical.com have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price minus shipping and must be done within 30 days of the inital order. Returns for a refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless we made an error in the order or the product was damaged. For exchanges the restocking fee is waived.

All returned items must be complete with original packaging and in unused condition.
